Navigate back to the folder containing the game installer, however instead of clicking the installer - go into the folder named "Installer", and then "Toontown Rewritten".

Choose the defaults on everything, but make sure that you choose your install location as the folder we've made in our Documents! After that finishes, another popup will appear. In a few moments the Toontown Rewritten installer will open. You'll get a popup asking you to save the file. Then click "Install" at the bottom right corner of the window. Open up your Applications folder and open "WineBottler." At the top of the window there will be three tabs, select "Advanced." Then click "select file" and locate the TTR Installer (it should be in your Documents if you followed the step above).

If you have 2FA you may need to disable it temporarily, and you get prompted for a ToonGuard code simply log into the Toontown Rewritten website and provide your ToonGuard code there in order for ToonGuard to confirm that your login is actually from you. Keep in mind that this may not work with 2FA or ToonGuard. I am aware that this has bad grammar throughout, I just decided to rush out a tutorial so my fellow Mac users (<3) can be able to enjoy the latest TTR updates while the TTR team works to resolve the issues with the official Mac client.
